Terms and Conditions for Summer Bowling Pass
Effective Date: April 12, 2025
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of the Summer Bowling Pass offered by Southland Bowling Lanes. By purchasing the pass, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. What the Pass Includes
The Summer Bowling Pass grants the holder unlimited bowling Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, between May 1 and August 31 of the current year. Bowling is available during designated hours and based on lane availability. During peak times, Southland Lanes may pair Summer Pass holders on the same lane to ensure everyone has a chance to bowl. Shoe rental is not included and must be paid separately unless the customer has their own bowling shoes.
2. Individual Use Only
Each Summer Bowling Pass is valid for one individual only and is non-transferable. Sharing the pass or allowing others to use it may result in the pass being voided without refund.
3. Lane Availability and Shared Use
Bowling lanes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. During periods of high demand, Southland Bowling Lanes reserves the right to assign multiple passholders to the same lane in order to accommodate all guests.
4. No Reservations
The Summer Bowling Pass does not include the ability to reserve a lane in advance. Walk-in service only. We do our best to accommodate everyone as quickly as possible.
5. Refund Policy
All Summer Bowling Pass purchases are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued, regardless of usage or changes in personal circumstances.
6. Code of Conduct
All guests must follow Southland Bowling Lanes’ rules of behavior, posted signage, and staff instructions. Failure to follow house rules or engaging in disruptive behavior may result in removal from the facility and forfeiture of the Summer Bowling Pass.
7. Program Changes
Southland Bowling Lanes reserves the right to make changes to the Summer Bowling Pass program at any time, including modifying hours of operation or program details, in the interest of customer safety or business needs.
8. Assumption of Risk
Participation in bowling and use of the facility is at your own risk. Southland Bowling Lanes is not liable for injuries or accidents that occur while using the pass or facility.
