Bowling Rewards and Free Game Redemption Policies

Bowling Reward Games and Gold Membership Games –
Free Games can be redeemed during the following times:
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:30pm-Close
Saturday 9am-12pm (March 15 – August 15)
Sunday 12pm-2pm (April 28 – August 18)

MLK Day 9am-12noon

Free Games cannot be redeemed on following holidays: New Years Eve/Day, Christmas Eve/Day, Martin Luther King Day (12p-Close), Presidents Day, Thanksgiving Day.

Prepaid Gift Cards can be redeemed anytime Lanes are available. 

Earned Reward Dollars – can be redeemed for food, soft drinks, bowling or shoe rental but cannot be redeemed to purchase alcohol according to Kentucky Alcohol Beverage Control Law.  Dollars can be earned by making regular purchases of alcohol.

Gift Card Dollars – can be redeemed for food, alcohol, drinks, bowling, and shoe rental since gift cards are purchased with cash and not rewarded to members by Collins Bowling Centers.
