Leagues
Your company can sponsor a bowling league and create a lot of positive moral for the workforce. The informal gathering of bowlers every week or every other week is ideal for creating a positive atmosphere to enjoy each other's company outside the company. This platform provides a productive off-site workplace which is a benefit to the employees. They gather together with friends or family and knowing this is being sponsored by the company they work for they spread good vibes about the company.
It's easy to get a company bowling league started. They can be structured several different ways. One way is to have 1 company member per team. Another way is to fill each team with employees and associates then have a long sub list. This allows many different people within the company to bowl without having to make the long term commitment.
The other form of bowling league is to join or form an "industry" league or group. For example, "The Lawyers League" consists of several law firms in the Lexington Area, not just one company. This program also works in the late night league we have called "the restaurant challenge league". It consists of a team from area restaurants to compete for end of season cash awards, trophies and bragging rights.
